Students and alumni line up for judgment in the costume contest at a Halloween party hosted by the Vietnamese Student Association Oct. 28 in the Webster Village Apartments Clubhouse. VSA President Lam Nguyen said he wanted this to be an opportunity for students unfamiliar with the holiday to learn more about Halloween traditions in the United States.
