Thursday, March 1
- The Conservatory of Theatre Arts presents Ivan Turgenev's "A Month in the Country" at 7:30 p.m. in the Emerson Studio Theatre of the Loretto-Hilton Center. For more information, call ext. 7128.
- Ryan Tweney lectures on "Why Religion is Easy and Science is Hard" at noon in the University Center Sunnen Lounge as part of the Brown Bag Lunch series. Admission is free. Snacks and beverages are provided.
- President/CEO of the Archer Daniels Midland Corp., Patricia Woertz, lectures on "Challenge of Change - The 2007 Woman of Influence" from 7 to 8 p.m. in the UC Sunnen Lounge as part of the Success to Significance Speaker Series. - Author Jim Butcher signs his new book "Proven Guilty" and author Shannon Butcher signs her new book "No Regrets" at 7 p.m. in the Creve Coeur Borders, located at 11745 Olive Blvd. For more information, call 432-3575.

- The Conservatory of Theatre Arts presents Ivan Turgenev's "A Month in the Country" at 7:30 p.m. in the Emerson Studio Theatre of the Loretto-Hilton Center. For more information, call ext. 7128.
- The Webster University Film Series presents David Lynch's "Inland Empire" at 5 and 8:30 p.m. in the Winifred Moore Auditorium.
- Campus Activities sponsors First Fridays at 8 p.m. in Marletto's Marketplace. Double B, Ian Fisher, Carson Ritz and Essince are several of the acts performing. For more information, call ext. 7708.
- The Foundry's Photography Display opening reception will last from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Foundry Art Centre, located at 520 North Main Center in the Frenchtown district of Historic St. Charles.
