http://www.webster.edu/sga.
Voting begins at 12:01 a.m. April 16 and ends at 11:59 p.m. April 19.
Campaign Rules are as follows:
- Campaigning may begin immediately after the deadline for applications has passed (5 p.m. April 6) and can continue through the end of the elections.
- All campaign efforts must be in accordance with the university policy on Posting Notices and Solicitation, found in the Student Handbook.
- This information also is available at:
http://www.webster.edu/studentlife.StuA/handbook/solicita.htm
- Advertising or campaigning is not allowed within 10 feet of any public campus computer. Since the elections are online, all computers are considered polling stations.
- No overly-aggressive campaigning is allowed, such as standing on the Quad saying "Hey you, vote for me!"
- Passive advertising is allowed, such as signs, flyers, etc.
- Passing out flyers to those who walk by is allowed.
- People are allowed to approach candidates, but candidates should not be approaching people who are otherwise engaged (studying, eating, etc.)
- Campaign violations will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the elections commissioner, the director of the University Center and Campus Activities.
- If considered serious enough, violations could be referred judicially through the Dean of Students office.
